Broadridge
Located in Philadelphia, PA, Broadridge is a multifamily residential building with a rich amenity program. During my tenure at CDA I led the project from design through construction, drawing inspiration from the industrial and artistic fabric of the city. The building is complete with 42,000 square feet of amenity space, 478 apartment units and sixty unique murals that create moments of whimsy in the long corridors.
